1. Order Processing Orders will be processed within 3~5 business days after payment is confirmed.We will send tracking number once parcel is dispatched. Order cut-off after daily deadline will be processed on the next working day.Peak seasons may cause slight delays, we will notify you if lead time changes obviously.

2. Shipping & Delivery We ship internationally via cross-border line haul.Estimated transit time: 8–20 business days, excluding customs clearance time.Delivery time cannot be 100% guaranteed, delays may happen due to customs inspection, local sorting, holidays or logistics exceptions.

3. Customs, Duties & Import Tax Buyer is responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs fees or local clearance charges upon arrival.We cannot predict or cover destination country taxes. Please check your local import rules before ordering.Customs may request receiver’s ID / tax number for clearance; failure to provide required documents may lead to return, seizure or abandonment of parcel, and no automatic refund will be issued.

4. Fragile Item & Inspection on Arrival Our crafts are handmade and fragile. We use bubble wrap, foam corners and reinforced cartons for protection. You must inspect the package while the courier is present before signing acceptance. If outer box is heavily dented, cracked or obviously damaged: • Refuse signature, take photos/videos of box and outer condition • Contact us immediately Once you sign and accept the parcel without exterior damage, we cannot be held responsible for hidden breakage inside.

5. Returns & Refunds International return shipping is expensive and complicated. We do not support free return simply because you change your mind. If goods arrive broken, you need to provide unboxing video + photos within 24 hours after delivery for verification. We will review case by case for partial refund, replacement or compensation. No return label will be automatically provided. Return shipment cost must be covered by buyer unless we confirm responsibility in advance.

6. Product Note These are handcrafted decorative items. Minor texture difference, tiny marks, slight color shift between batches are normal and not treated as defects.Images are for reference only, screen display may cause colour difference.

7. Address Responsibility Please fill full, accurate, complete shipping address, postal code and contact number. Incorrect address will cause failed delivery, rerouting or return; related cost will be deducted if refund requested.
