Shipping Policy
(All items ship directly from China.)
1. Order Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. We will send you the tracking number once your parcel is dispatched. Any orders submitted after our daily cut-off time will be processed on the next working day. Slight delays may occur during peak seasons. We will notify you promptly if there is an obvious change to the lead time.
2. Shipping Method & Transit Time
We provide international shipping via cross-border line haul. Estimated transit time: 8–20 business days, excluding customs clearance time. Please note that delivery time cannot be 100% guaranteed. Delays may happen due to customs inspection, local sorting, public holidays or unexpected logistics exceptions.
3. Customs, Duties & Import Tax
The buyer is responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs fees or local clearance charges incurred upon arrival of the parcel. We cannot predict or cover destination country taxes. Please check your local import rules before placing an order. Customs authorities may request the receiver’s ID or tax number for clearance. Failure to provide required documents may result in parcel return, seizure or abandonment, and no automatic refund will be issued in such cases.
4. Shipping Address Responsibility
Please fill in your full, accurate and complete shipping address, postal code and valid contact number. An incorrect address may lead to delivery failure, rerouting or parcel return. If you request a refund under such circumstances, relevant generated costs will be deducted.
5. Tracking Your Parcel
Once your package ships, we will email your tracking number. You can track the delivery status online with the provided tracking information. If your tracking information stops updating for more than 7 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.
6. Parcel Inspection
Our handcrafted vintage items are fragile. We use bubble wrap, foam corners and reinforced cartons to protect goods during transit. You must inspect the outer package in the presence of the courier before signing for acceptance. If the outer box is heavily dented, cracked or obviously damaged: • Refuse to sign for the parcel • Take photos and videos of the box and outer condition • Contact us immediately
Once you sign and accept the parcel without visible exterior damage, we cannot take responsibility for hidden breakage inside the package.
